Job Description

Conducting market research in the areas of brand building, customer behavior, and store/e-commerce experience
Supporting creative & customer experience teams in building proposal decks on key projects
Supporting the teams in executing projects by liaising with internal & external stakeholders
Building dashboards to monitor the progress of strategic projects
Preparing weekly & monthly updates for the management
Measuring the performance of strategic initiatives
Building customer feedback mechanisms and conducting regular dashboards to measure and take actions.
Conducting analysis on customer & sales database to drive strategic changes
