Individuals are to drive sales, develop sales strategies and attract new clients across the Asia Pacific region; specifically Dubai and Greater China. Candidates will source new sales prospects and close sales to achieve quotas. Qualified candidates will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by working in a team, negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects.

Job Description


Business development and achieving sales targets.
Responsible for the performance and development of individual sales target.
To prepare sales targets and action plans as an individual for effective targeting and search of sales leads and prospecting.
To assists in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans as needed.
To conduct meetings with potential and existing clients as well as informing them about the current horses and new horses to be syndicated.
To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
To contribute to team sales effort by accomplishing related results as tasked and needed.
To adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the sales team.
