Job Description

Functional Responsibilities

Meet and greet guests and visitors at the office 
Answer & redirect phone calls
Meeting rooms management and bookings
Concierge service to team
Schedule and organise internal/external VCs for the team
HOD calendar coordination and support 
DHL, couriers, online orders
Filling and document control
Petty cash/credit card reconciliation
Visa applications for business trips 
On-boarding process of employees
Travel management, flight, hotel, transportation & PCR bookings for business trips 
Office inventory, supply and tidiness 
Driver schedule, office boy and barista management
Building management coordination
Support corporate affairs: Internal events/birthdays/catering/table setting
Etisalat Accounts & Reconciliation 
Travel agencies account reconciliation
