Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Supporting operations by maintaining office procedures including the filing systems - Hard and Soft Copies (Dropbox) and assisting staff/colleagues in administrative tasks i.e. Accounts /Projects/Leasing Departments, etc.
Preparing and Managing tenancy contracts and producing Ejari certificates or any other related letters for all properties owned and/or managed by the company, by receiving all required details of the tenancy with documents such as Passport Copy, Emirates ID Copy, etc, from the Leasing Manager via email as per the set SOP while updating the Group Legal Affairs Manager, if there is any change in the tenancy contract.
Keeping and tracking stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Preparing reports by reviewing and analyzing tenancy reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends based on data collected from tenancy contracts and any other custom reports as assigned by Management.
Compiling detailed records of tenancy contracts by preparing excel sheets or using CRM system or software as and when it is introduced by the management of the company.
Receiving and making calls as and when required in a courteous manner - in line with the highest standards set by the management of the company. 
Other roles and responsibilities to be assigned by the Managing Director.
