Job Description


• Coordinating with client and capable of handling project with 500+ outsourced staff • Maintain and build strong business relationships with client • Daily correspondence with client, employees and internal team • Recruitment & Selection process through to the onboarding process. • Assess job applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experience • Coordinating interviews, document collection, visa arrangements and trainings. • Coordinate accommodation and travel arrangements for interview and mobilizations • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure to hire staff. • Manage the transnational elements of HR including HR reports, maintaining Employee data files and drafting employment contracts. • HR Administration & Leave Management Process. • Maintain employee relationship • Develop a good working relationship with other departments and all employees. Requirements: • Master/Bachelor’s Degree in HR or similar. • 4+ years of work experience in end to end recruitment and onboarding process (UAE). • Proven work experience in a staffing agency or manpower outsourcing firm • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) • Thorough Knowledge of UAE labour law • Fluent in English (verbal and written) and Hindi (Verbal) • Excellent interpersonal skills
