Job Description

Ensure addressing all station emergency cases
Make sure all the staff/employee work in a healthy environment
To promote Healthy culture within the workforce.
Effective stock cost management for all medical supplies
Assisting staff with Medical emergency & first aid treatment.
Holding meeting with first aiders on a monthly basis
Conducting toolbox talks on health-related matters
Creating health-related alerts and Campaigns
Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically
Carry out daily health and hygiene inspections of Canteen and pantries.
Inspecting first aid contents and replenishing as per the requirement
Maintaining the stock of first aid contents and distributing to all other branches
Recording all accidents on SharePoint within 24 hours to ensure those with 3 days or more absence cases are reported to the Ministry of Labor via HR team.
Investigating the injuries in the workplace and remedial action plans are communicated to departments to avert recurrence.
Assigning appropriate cases online for rectification of the hygienic observations.
Maintaining first aid register to ensure legal requirements.
Ensuring the temperatures are maintained in the refrigerator where food providers store the cooked food.
Managing IR cost-effectively, maintain stock of first aid items
