Job Description

Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
Following your company’s communication procedures and policies
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Duties will be sales of Etisalat Products like Postpaid, Prepaid, Elife, and other services
Complaints, requests and Enquiries handling
Etisalat Sales Executive will be deployed in Etisalat Branded Mini Kiosks, SIS
