Job Description

Marketing new projects or services to new and existing clients;
Identifying leads interests and interests and be able to answer their queries as immediate as possible;
Understanding customer requirements by phone;
Answering questions about products or the company;
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information;
Prospecting to property advisors regarding stocks, availability and all other relevant data;
Return enquiry calls and e-mails regarding a project or service;
Successfully book appointments for our property advisors; and
Enter and update customer information in the database.
