Job Description

• PREPARING INGREDIENTS, SUCH AS CUTTING VEGETABLES AND MEASURING SPICES. • COOKING TRADITIONAL INDIAN DISHES SUCH AS CURRIES, TANDOORI CHICKEN, AND BIRYANI. • MONITORING FOOD QUALITY AND PRESENTATION TO ENSURE DISHES ARE PREPARED ACCORDING TO STANDARDS. • FOLLOWING FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION PROTOCOLS TO ENSURE FOOD IS SAFE FOR CONSUMPTION. • KEEPING THE KITCHEN CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. • WORKING WITH THE KITCHEN STAFF TO ENSURE ORDERS ARE FULFILLED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. • STOCKING AND REPLENISHING INGREDIENTS AS NEEDED.
