Job Description

Implementation of window schemes-DOS stores
Dressing mannequins
Visual Merchandising of DOS stores, Franchise stores and Department stores in line with the company guidelines
Setting up for Press days
Assisting with events
Any other ad hoc tasks in line with the visual merchandising activities
Realization and coordination of shop and store openings with the collaboration with the business partners
Central contact person for the stores and business partners
Monitoring and reporting of visual merchandising
Initial set up of the merchandise in new stores and shops
Area Management as constant optimization of merchandise set up in line with the current performance and the model shop
Monitoring and forwarding of important KPIs
Monitoring of NOS articles in the shop and report accordingly to merchandise team
Organize and give visual merchandising trainings to business partner, set up presentations
Administrative activities as reporting for interfaces, appointment coordination with interfaces, elaborate and transfer of needed specialist information, reporting and photo reportage towards the managing director, travel planning travel expenses, handling of replenishment orders.
Analyze sales and sales through information and work with store managers to optimize space and collection within the restriction of time and location
Report best and slow sellers based on weekly reports and store feedback
