Job Description

RITS is currently seeking a competent Business Development Executive to drive the growth of the business alongside its highly skilled team.
Role:
· Understand the target customer and generate high potential leads through multiple sources
· Grasp good understanding of customer requirements in depth and offer the most relevant product
· Understand future requirements of the customer to build a substantial pipeline
· Promote products and services to potential customers in an attractive manner
· Ensure promotion of products resulting in deal closures and contract confirmations
· Build and maintain long lasting relationships with existing customers
· Ensure all existing customer requirements are provided for and prevention of loss of customer
· Maintain a professional conduct amongst all business relationships
Requirements:
· Target-driven
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Innate ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal)
· Able to manage time and tasks efficiently
· Ability to negotiate and convince customers successfully
· Proven ability to deep dive and solve problems
Qualifications:
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
· More than 2 years’ experience in a relevant role
